Return and Return Policy
We offer 30 days(natural days) return policy to make sure you will be satisfied about the purchasing at Eva Lamps.
The product, excluding the light bulbs, are covered by our Three-years manufacturer warranty.
What if I received my item but does not like it, can I send it back?
Yes, you are able to return the products, as long as they meet with the following condition:
1. The return request must be submitted within 30 natural days after receiving the package.
2. Products are not custom made according to your certain requirements.
3. Products are new, and have not been installed
4. Products must be packed in original packing
5. If there are crystals inside the packages, crystals must be wrapped.
6. Products must be listed on our website.
In following conditions, only partial return will be initiated:
1. Products is not well packed when return it back.
2. Products not in original condition, or items is damaged or there are missing parts during the return process.
3. Any wrong orders because of the client’s reason.
4. Products in proper shipping time.
If the return is caused due to the clients’ reason, the clients will need to cover the freight cost for the return. If it is due to the manufacturer reason, the freight cost will be covered by the manufacturer. After receiving the return request, we will handle it within 3~5 working days, and instruct you to begin the return process. To return a product, please follow the instructions listed below.
Within 30 natural days after you receive the products, and found that there is any manufacturer defect or if there is any damage inside caused by transportation, please kindly take the pictures and videos and send to us at: email@example.com
There are two options: (a) if need a replacement, we will arrange the replacement within 3~5 days working days after receiving the pictures and videos and will send the replacement by express, normally takes around 9~12 working days to receive after send out, and a tracking number will be provided. (b) If need to return the products, a return instruction with the return address and details will be provided by our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and please follow the return instruction below:
1. Please email the order number and the return reasons to email@example.com, indicate whether you prefer a refund, a credit, or a replacement, the return instruction will be sent with the return address and details. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the correct return address.
2. Return the packages to the correct return address, please send us the tracking number as soon as the products is returned.
3. Make sure the products are packed unused, undamaged and in original package, we will inspect the condition of the returned products within 3~5 working days upon reception.
Notes: if the returned products arrived damaged or used, we will not provide the full refund, therefore, please use reliable shipping method. If there is any damage because of the return, a repair fee will be charged.
After we inspect the returned products within 3~5 working days, a refund will be initiated within 3 working days, It usually takes around 10~15 working days to receive the refund, depends on the bank and credit card company that you use, if the returned products arrived damaged or used, we will not be able to initiate the refund, so we suggest you to use a reliable carrier to return the package.
Please kindly noted that the refund can only be initiated after we receive the returned package.
If the return reason is for the defected or damaged items, a full 100% refund will be initiated. If the return is not due to a manufacturer defect, customers are responsible to ship the product back to us at your own cost.
